Bliss Steep Clean Toner Pads are soaked in a skin-clearing formula that is so strategic, large pores might even feel fear. With salicylic acid, smartsponge self activating oil-control spheres and dead cell digesting enzymes. Shiny faces shouldn´t face warm weather without them.
Directions: After cleansing, gently rub your t-zone and any other plugged-pore prone areas* with the front and back of a steep clean toner pad. Apply moisture lotion, eye cream or additional treatment as usual.
*NEVER use a steep clean toner pad on the fragile area around the eye.
